TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.
- [Recruit] Source creators who have basic go-live behaviors while performances meet certain parameter threshold into the community creator management through both manual outreach and established automated outreach processes, leveraging the LIVE Creator Program.
- [Onboard] Execute the creator onboarding process, such as signing NDAs, adding to community discord, sending invitations, tracking sign-up/attendees and support onboarding webinars
- [Community Management] Support the community program planning and plan execution, including but not limited to, sending community emails/discord messages regarding creator education, campaign and product info etc., and actively track the engagement metrics for next step iterations
- [Review Progress] Participate in weekly creator progress data review and reporting within respective creator tier management teams, provide insights from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives, suggest action plans and follow-throughs accordingly
- [Operations] Facilitate cross-functional projects to improve efficiency of creator management team, such as coordination of online and offline creator events and meetups
- 1+ years experience in creator management, sales operations, general operations or admin at a high growth consumer technology company (or similar) preferred
- Track record of strong executional capabilities of delivering assigned tasks
- Passionate about creators and livestreaming industry
- Curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action (“no task is too small” mentality)

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $65000 - $90000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
